Who did the Ancient Europeans believe in?

In the 13th century BC. the Jewish people were freed from Egyptian slavery. During this period, the Jews, unlike the Egyptians, believed in a single god called Yahweh. It was Yahweh who revealed to Moses on Mount Sinai the ten commandments of God, which were to lead the chosen people to a prosperous life. The ancient faith of the Jews was called Judaism. The most ancient source of the history of the Jewish religion, and indeed of the people in general, is the Tanakh (Old Testament).
