Who Discovered the Hawaiian Islands?

The Hawaiian Islands, which belong to the Pacific Ocean, include 24 islands. Hawaii is the largest in the territory, hence the name of the entire archipelago. The first information about it in Europe came after 01/18/1778, when they were discovered during the third voyage of the navigator James Cook, who died there a year later.
