Who was the first Russian traveler around the world?

The first Russian round-the-world voyage was attended by two ships, which were led by Ivan Kruzenshtern together with Yuri Lisyansky. The ships began their voyage in Kronstadt and moved westward along the northern coast of Europe, then crossed the Atlantic in a southeast direction and, having rounded South America, entered the Pacific Ocean. Here the ships moved north, visited Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, islands in the Far East, after which they crossed the Pacific and Indian oceans, passed along the coast of Africa and returned to Kronstadt in northern Europe.
