Who was the founder of the Persian state?

The ancient Persian state emerged in the middle of the 6th century. Then the young prince Cyrus, having inherited power from his father Cambyses, attacked the Median king Agistat and took power from him. So he created the young Persian state. Later Lydia, Ionia and Babylonia were added to it. The actual date of the founding of Persia is 539 BC. Since then, the newly created state has been ruled by the Achaemenid dynasty, the ancestor of which is Cyrus II.
