Why are animals divided into warm-blooded and cold-blooded? (examples)

Animals are divided into warm-blooded and cold-blooded. Of course, only those with a circulatory system are separated. Cold-blooded organisms are those in which the environment plays a major role in the temperature of the internal environment of the animal. With a strong drop in temperature, such animals go into a state of suspended animation. Their cells are not destroyed by the cold due to the fatty acids in the cells. Warm-blooded organisms are those that are able to maintain approximately the same body temperature throughout their lives.
