Why are bacteria considered a biotic factor in nature?

Any living organism is affected by various environmental factors – the conditions of the environment surrounding the organism. They can be: abiotic, anthropogenic and biotic (all types of interactions of living organisms on each other).

Bacteria are single-celled living organisms. They can be pathogenic, causing diseases in other organisms, they are involved in soil-forming processes, preparing the habitat for plants and some animals, they can be symbionts, like nodule bacteria.
