Why are phagocytosis and pinocytosis not characteristic of the cells of bacteria, plants and fungi?

1) During these processes, the cytoplasmic membrane of the cell envelops a particle of food or water, and then closes, thus the desired substance is inside the cell.

2) In plants, fungi and bacteria, there is also a cell wall outside the cytoplasmic membrane, which gives the cell a certain shape. Because of this, the cell is not able to change its shape due to the elongation of sections of the cytoplasm, and pinocytosis and phagocytosis in these organisms does not occur, in contrast to the animal cell, which does not have a cell membrane.
