Why are there no plants and animals on the moon?

For the existence of life on the planet, the following conditions are necessary:
– the atmosphere in which there is oxygen;
– ozone layer that protects against ultraviolet rays;
– water in liquid state;
– certain temperature limits.
The moon has no atmosphere, no water, and the temperature is very low. That is why plants and animals cannot live there. At present, only one planet is known in the universe on which there is life – our Earth.
