Why aren’t gymnosperms pollinated by insects?

Gymnosperms are not pollinated by insects because they have no flowers. It is the flower, or rather, the nectar produced in it, that is food for insects. And the bright color of the flower petals attracts them with its appearance, does not allow them to fly by. And gymnosperms are of no value to insects.
