Why biodiversity conservation?

Biological diversity in nature must be protected for two main reasons. First, you need to know that each species has occurred as a result of millions of years of evolution and that the evolution of organisms does not stop even now. Therefore, modern species in the future will become the basis for the emergence of other organisms. Second: all species play important roles in their ecosystems and complement each other, are in an interdependent state. The disappearance of one species will lead to a change in the entire ecosystem.
