Why can a plant organism be considered a living system?

A plant organism can be considered a living system, since it is characterized by the characteristics of a living: processes of growth, development and reproduction; reaction to the environment (for example, turning towards the sun); have exchange systems and “protein” nucleic acids – DNA, RNA.
