Why can’t you see the sun at its zenith while in the Persian Gulf?

On our planet, due to its sphericity and the inclination of the axis of its own rotation to the plane of its orbit around the Sun, the sun’s rays fall at right angles to the earth’s surface only in the space located between the northern and southern tropics. Actually, the tropics are those extreme parallels from the equator, on which the Sun is at its zenith on the days of the summer (at the northern) and winter (at the southern) solstice. The water area of the Persian Gulf is located just north of the Tropic of Cancer, so the Sun cannot be there at its zenith.
