Why couldn’t primitive man live alone?

Because life in primitive times was very harsh, and therefore, a person alone could not survive, as there were a lot of dangers in wait for him, starting with predators and ending with hunger. Because even getting food was sometimes a very difficult task, especially in the cold season, then the main source of food was hunting, and it was better to hunt in a group, since the chance of a successful outcome was much higher.
