Why daughters of a father with hemophilia do not themselves suffer from blood clotting? How will this disease manifest in their sons, daughters and grandchildren?

1. Because hemophilia is linked to the X chromosome; if the mother is healthy, but the father is not, then the daughters will be carriers of this gene, but they themselves will not be sick.
2. The probability of giving birth to their sons with hemophilia = 50%, tk. women have 2 X chromosomes: one will be with the hemophilia gene, the other will not.
3. If the daughter’s husband does not suffer from hemophilia, then the probability of having daughters – carriers of hemophilia = 50%.
4. Grandchildren may be hemophiliacs. If this is a grandson from a daughter, then the probability = 50%, if from a son = 0%
