Why did England, France and Russia enter into allied relations, given that there were very serious contradictions between them?

The emergence of allied relations between Russia, France, England had reasons: Germany missed the opportunity to create a military alliance with the Russian Empire and therefore our country was dragged into the Entente by the French, an alliance that resolved all the differences of the parties, including England, which later joined it, with the aim of confrontation with the common enemy in the person of Germany and the triple alliance. This “cordial” agreement for a short time established the military and political balance in the world.
