Why did Hungary, Romania, Finland, Bulgaria take part in the war against the USSR on the side of fascist Germany?

A total of 62 states took part in the Second World War, and of them 14 countries were on the side of Nazi Germany.

Hungary, Finland, Romania and Bulgaria also took the side of the Germans against the USSR. The reasons for this were:

Finland declared war on the USSR on June 25, 1941 after Soviet planes bombed the Finnish airfield.

Romania showed a desire to regain its territory – Bessarabia.

Hungary wanted to participate in the division of the occupied territories.

Bulgaria did not accept the policy of the USSR.
