Why did inequality appear between people?

Inequality between people is a long-standing “problem” in human society, but is inequality so unfair? Firstly, people by nature have different talents and abilities, some people do not have any talents or any peculiarities at all, and secondly, each person has a different upbringing and awareness of work, some people are content with the minimum amount of benefits that are only enough for survival , while others are constantly striving to increase their wealth and standard of living. Therefore, inequality between people is objective, even when it is artificially smoothed out.
