Why did Rutherford call his model of the atom planetary?

Rutherford’s planetary model is that in the center of the atom there is a nucleus around which electrons move in certain orbits. The structure of the atom is considered by analogy with the structure of the solar system: the sun is in the center, and the planets move around it in certain orbits.
