Why did the first living organisms arise in the aquatic environment?

Since solar radiation did not give birth to life. In the water, bacteria turned into fish, algae and various marine plants grew there. It was the sea plants that filled the atmosphere with oxygen, and the solar radiation reacted with the oxygen to create ozone. The algae came out on the surface of the land and became grasses and trees. And predatory fish and ordinary fish came out on land, and their limbs grew and so life went on.
