Why did the Hungarian revolution fail?

In the middle of the 19th century, revolutions took place in many European countries, but few of them ended in favor of the revolutionaries. The revolution in Hungary in 1848 was defeated because the king of Austria called for help from Russia. Nicholas 1 did not refuse to suppress the revolution in the neighboring state. The bourgeois foundations in Hungary were shaken after the Russian army of one hundred and fifty thousand defeated it. Parliament was dispersed. But the results of the revolution were the strengthening of the bourgeois tendency of development.
