Why did the Macedonians win?

The Macedonians defeated the Greeks thanks to:
1. The talent of Alexander and his father Philip in military affairs.
2. The use of Saris (long spears of the Macedonians which were used by whole ranks of warriors)
3. The Greeks introduced wars among themselves and could not fight centrally and harmoniously.
