Why did the second division of the Commonwealth take place?

In 1772, the first partition of the Commonwealth took place. Catherine could not refuse this alliance with Austria-Hungary and Prussia, since in the conditions of the Russian-Turkish war it was necessary to establish relations with neighboring states. The second section took place in 1793. Poland was weakened enough and could not resist the alliance of the three strongest emperors. Also, the lands of the Commonwealth attracted allies, because they were quite profitable and fertile. After the annexation of Belarus and Ukraine, the Kosciuszko uprising took place, which was suppressed.
