Why do owls fly silently?

This is not entirely true. Everyone who has seen owls knows that they are not silent. During flight, flapping of the wings is audible. They fly quieter, as their wings are large. The sparrow is louder in flight. But the silence of the flight is not entirely related to the devices for hunting. You can’t want to fly quieter. Noise depends on many factors and parameters. In addition, owls do not make sounds in flight, so are the seagulls. This can be considered a hunting adaptation. Owls usually catch small rodents such as mice. There are quite a few of them in the forests.
