Why does exercise consume fat?

Our energy is ATP molecules. Our ATP molecules appear as a result of the breakdown of fats and carbohydrates. ATP is synthesized from carbohydrates much faster than from fats. At first, during exercise, the body uses the ATP energy from carbohydrates, but sooner, 20-30 minutes after the start of the workout, the ATP energy from fats starts to come up. Therefore, with prolonged workouts, fat is consumed, precisely because they are converted into energy for the same workout.
