Why does it rain in the Far East in summer?

The Far East is the border of the largest continent (Eurasia) and, at the same time, the largest ocean (Pacific). They create the peculiarities of the local climate. In summer, the sun warms up vast expanses of land, raising the surface temperature. Dry, heated air will rise upward and create a low pressure area. Over the ocean, on the contrary, the air remains cold, and the water that is still heated evaporates. An area of relatively high pressure will be created here, while the air is oversaturated with moisture. Now, air masses will move towards a region of low pressure, which means from the ocean to land, carrying with it all the accumulated moisture. Accordingly, it, concentrating, will rain down in the Far East. All this phenomenon is the summer monsoon. There is also a winter wind, with the opposite direction, already dry, winds.
