Why does plant food get over-etched slowly?

The speed of digestion of plant and animal food has nothing to do with the fact that the animal is a predator or omnivore. People digest animal food faster. This is due to the fact that we have some acids and enzymes that help break down biological substances. But plant cells are amenable to digestion more slowly. All due to the fact that plant cells have a more advanced and developed protective membrane. In animal cells, it responds to the action of enzymes much faster. Therefore, plant foods are digested more slowly.
