Why does primitive man deify animals?

The life of primitive man took place in close connection with the world around him. Nature, natural phenomena and the animal world had a great influence on his life. Since what the weather will be like and what the hunt will be will depend on whether the primitive man will be full. The primitive man sewed clothes from skins. Thus, the surrounding animal world was vital for primitive man. And because of this belief of ancient man is associated with animals, they deified them, they worshiped them. They performed rituals for a successful hunt. Primitive religion represents beliefs associated with the animal kingdom.
