Why does rainwater have a pH of 5.6-5.7?

As a result of human activity and some natural processes (volcanic eruptions, forest fires, etc.) gases enter the atmosphere, which, when interacting with water, can form acids. These gases include hydrogen sulfide H2S, acid oxides CO2, NO2 and SO2. As a result of the interaction of these components of atmospheric air with water, the latter acquires a weakly acidic environment.
