Economy is one of the fundamental systems of any state. The state is impossible without the economy. The economy is based on transactions, which are the basis of any economic relations, both at the domestic and at the state and interstate levels. And the state is necessary for the economy in order to control these very transactions and financial flows within the state. Money needs close control so that financial transactions do not become chaotic.
