Why doesn’t the bird choke during the flight?

It is very difficult to breathe in a strong air flow. We often notice this during the wind. Yet we are not suffocating. Birds also generally do not suffocate due to the slight air flow during flight. But some species develop great speed. Then double breathing helps them. There are air sacs in the cavities of birds. So they have enough oxygen during the flight. They do not need to stop periodically to catch their breath. But birds spend a lot of energy in flight. Therefore, they need oxygen.
