Why is an ethnos called a sociobiological community?

Ethnicity is called a sociobiological community, because social (social) characteristics that unite people into one group – ethnos – are associated with biological and, in particular, genetic characteristics. The main conditions for the emergence of an ethnos are a common territory and language.
