Handwriting and tying shoelaces isn’t exactly a reflex. Moreover, handwriting is the style of writing words. Reflexes are certain unconscious actions that we do under certain circumstances. This does not include tying shoelaces. Writing words can be attributed to reflexes, since we perform certain movements while writing. Although this is also associated with deliberate actions.
