Why is it warmer in the forest zone than in the tundra?

In essence, the answer to the question is very simple.
If we consider the geographical location of the tundra, and the tundra is a kind of natural zone that lies outside the forest vegetation with permafrost soil, then the result is that the forest is located much further south than the tundra. And based on this, we can conclude that the climate in forest areas is warmer than in the tundra.
