Why is the basement the coldest place in the house?

All the warm air rises up, and the cold air goes down into the basement, and there it no longer heats up, because there is thermal insulation. Therefore, the basement is the coldest place in the house.

In a closed room, convection occurs continuously, when warm air flows rise up, and colder ones go down, the deeper the basement, the colder the air in it, since all the cold air goes down.
