Why is the body of the tank truck grounded when transporting gasoline, but not when transporting milk?

Gasoline is highly flammable and its vapors are explosive.

The grounding of the tanker is necessary to prevent electrification of the tank by friction, due to which gasoline vapors can receive an electric discharge, which in turn can lead to an explosion of gasoline vapors and the fire of the tank itself.

Milk is not an explosive and flammable substance, so there is no need to ground the tank with it.
