Why is the English Revolution called bourgeois?

Because one of the active forces in it was the bourgeoisie. The revolution itself led to the decline of the feudal system, which was replaced by capitalism. Thus, a global restructuring of the state took place. England turned into a state governed by the rule of law, dominated by the republican government. It can be said that it was among the first states in Europe to achieve such progressive changes.
