Why is the Greek colonization called great, but not the Phoenician?

The root of the answer to the question lies in the purpose for which this colonization was carried out. The Phoenicians swam and colonized the shores for commercial purposes. They created them pointwise in order to exchange any trinkets and food for precious metals there. At the same time, the Greeks began their colonization due to the fact that there was an acute land hunger in the Balkans and new lands were required for settlements. Thus, agricultural settlements were created there, which eventually remained virtually independent of their trading posts by policies.
