Why is the land divided into climatic zones?

Because the sun’s rays fall on the surface of the Earth at different angles, and therefore a different climate is formed. Therefore, the Earth is divided into climatic zones: equatorial, tropical, temperate, arctic, as well as subequatorial, subtropical and subarctic.
