Why is the lowest temperature not observed in the extreme north, and the highest – not in the extreme south of Eurasia?

Sea water heats up and cools more slowly than atmospheric air and has a huge impact on the formation of climate in areas close to the seas. And in such parts of the planet, the climate is much milder than in the central parts of the continent, where when the air cools or heats up from the sun’s rays, the temperature drops or rises. It is for this reason that the coldest point is in the central part of northern Eurasia, and the hottest is in the north of India and the Arabian Peninsula.
