Why is the nocturnal Yushina classified as a mammal and not a bird or reptile?

Vespers and long-eared bat are representatives of the bats squad. Another name is bats. But the name “bats” is partly incorrect, because in structure and level of brain development, these animals are closer to lower primates than to rodents.

Bats are mammals. And as the name suggests, females feed their offspring with milk. They give birth to cubs, and do not lay eggs. And on the body of bats there are no feathers or scales, but there is wool. They are able to maintain body temperature at a certain level. These are the main differences from birds and reptiles.
