Why is the Sea of Okhotsk colder and more ice-covered than the Beringovo, located much to the north?

As we know, the axis around which our planet rotates is tilted about 45 degrees. This was the reason that the Sea of Okhotsk is much colder and more ice-covered than the Bering Sea, despite the fact that it is farther south. The fact is that due to the tilt of the Earth, much less sunlight and heat gets to the Sea of Okhotsk. The sun’s rays seem to glide along the surface of the planet in the place where the Sea of Okhotsk is located.
