Why is the sea water temperature higher in the evening than in the morning, and higher in summer than in winter?

In the evening, the water temperature remains high, because the sun heated the water all day and it does not have time to cool down, and in the morning the water will be cold, because it cooled down the whole night. So from evening to morning, a long period of time passes, the water temperature drops and therefore, in the evening the water temperature will be higher than in the morning. In summer, the temperature is higher, because the sun heats the land and water in the sea more, and in winter the sun is not able to heat the water. That is why the sea water temperature will be higher in summer.
