Why pay taxes?

For the state to support itself, fulfill its obligations to its citizens (medicine, education, payment of salaries and pensions), carry out the defense of the country, finance housing and communal services and natural monopolies, provide benefits to beneficiaries and many, many other functions.
In the end, no one asks the payer whether he will pay taxes or not. He is obliged to pay taxes. Otherwise, there is responsibility – administrative or criminal – for tax evasion.
One of the components of a person's success in our time is receiving modern high-quality education, mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for life in society. A person today needs to study almost all his life, mastering everything new and new, acquiring the necessary professional qualities.
