Why shouldn’t anthills be destroyed?

This cannot be done due to the fact that ants do a lot of useful things for the forest. They fight against harmful insects that destroy trees, as well as eat the corpses of various insects and their waste. Traveling through the forest, they loosen the earth, saturate it with oxygen. This process is called “aeration” and it is because of this that grasses and trees grow very well near anthills. In addition, many forest dwellers eat ants: badgers, bears and foxes.
