Why the world crisis of 1929-1933 in Europe was relatively painless compared to the United States?

The countries of Europe differed from the United States in a developed social sphere, for example, in Germany there was pension provision since the end of the 19th century, something similar was in France, England, Belgium and Sweden. Switzerland was little included in the world economy, and countries like Portugal and Albania were agrarian and could not feel the crisis in industry.

In the United States, the weak side of the economy was the social one, they did not betray this importance due to weak regulation by the state and the composition of the population (migrants and blacks).
