Why was the League of Nations unable to prevent World War II?

The League of Nations failed to prevent World War II for a number of simple reasons.
1) Hitler was almost all the same to any kind of treaties, because he wanted to capture and enslave the whole world.
2) Hitler wanted to make the Aryan race ruling, because he considered it – ideal.
