Why was the Mongol yoke eliminated in the middle of the 15th century?

The Mongol yoke in Russia lasted from 1242 to 1480. The nomads from the east were defeated for several reasons. First, the Russian princes finally united and built up their strength against enemies. This played a key role. Also in the Golden Horde, as in other states, a period of fragmentation began. The central power was weakening, and the outskirts, for example, the Crimean, Astrakhan khanates separated and acted against the Horde. There was no powerful khan in Sarai who could subjugate power by brutal force.
