Why was the start of the Cold War inevitable?

After the end of World War II and the surrender of Germany and Japan, 2 very powerful camps remained in the world, the USSR and the countries of the socialist system, as well as the USA with democratic states. A struggle for spheres of influence all over the world began between them. Both systems did not accept compromises, and considered their way of life, cultural aspects, ideology and form of government as the only correct one. It was because of these reasons and the reluctance to negotiate that it was almost impossible to avoid the Cold War.
