Why were the landowners’ farms slowly rebuilt in a new way after the reform of 1861?

This state of affairs is due to the fact that the serf reform was imperfect, and therefore, many of the peasants remained with the landowner in order to work out the corvee. Thus, the farms of the landlords were rebuilt slowly, since there was no need to make radical changes.
