Why weren’t all the Athenians happy with Solon’s rule?

Solon is known in history as the greatest reformer. The most famous reform is Seyakhfiya. The essence of the reform is the release of all who have fallen into debt slavery. The salon reforms were written on wooden tables, valid for 100 years (according to some sources, 10). Solon left Athens on business. He wanted to avoid popular discontent. The people (demos) were dissatisfied with the fact that Solon did not distribute all the land, the aristocrats believed that he had gone too far. It can be concluded that you cannot please with all your actions, although Solon is one of the founders of democracy in Athens.
